Order/Shipping Info

General

We ship via UPS only within the USA because it takes MAX 6 business days to deliver to anywhere within USA GUARANTEED. Most part of the north east is GUARANTEED within 2 business days. A delivery time table map from our location is displayed at the bottom of this page. You can also track your package real time. However, special arrangement may be considered but not guaranteed if USPS is preferred. We ONLY ship to PO Boxes by request and certain restrictions may apply. The orders are usually shipped within 24 hours provided if the items are in stock. For items that are out of stock, we will call you to either put on back order or take the items off the list.

Delays for orders that needs verification: In order to avoid delays, we strongly recommend you leave your phone number that matches with your credit card as your billing phone and cell phone number as shipping if your billing phone number is NOT your cell phone. It is NOW our policy to verify ALL ORDERS that has different billing and shipping addresses!

Fees

Ground shipping -- Fees may be estimated before checking out. The Ground shipping fee ONLY applies to the 48 continuous states within US. There is NO ground service available for Hawaii or Alaska. Please pick one of the express shipping options for those destinations.

Note to orders ship to Canada : Canadian customers may choose either post office or UPS ground services. UPS is more reliable and cheaper upfront but they will collect the brokerage fee IN ADDITION to tariff on behave of the Canadian government. The final cost from UPS could be higher than post office. Tariff from Canadian government is ONLY accessed for goods NOT made in USA as part of the North American Free Trade Agreement.

Blue Gauntlet reserves the right to charge extra shipping fees for extra large boxes (rolling bags, dummies), express shipping or shipping to locations outside of the 48 continuous states of the USA

Express shipping -- 3 day, 2 day, next day, shipping fees may NOT be accurately reflected on this site at all time due to various shapes of our products. You MUST call us to confirm the shipping charges before your order is processed. We also highly recommend you leave your cell phone number as your shipping telephone to avoid any delays to your express orders.

Tracking

The UPS tracking number will be sent to your email address automatically by the system AT THE END of the day when your order is shipped. If you do not receive the tracking number or any communication from us two business days after you place your order, please contact us to confirm if we receive your order. Please check both your inbox and spamming folder for the tracking number! You may also find your tracking number by logging into your account.

We highly recommend you to create an account when you check out. It not only offers you the convenient web experience related exchange/return and tracking info but also makes you eligible for some MEMBERS ONLY promotions or specials (you may opt out if you do not wish to receive any promotions or newsletters)!
