Items never been used or damaged may be exchanged or returned for credit
(back to your credit card) within 30 days after the items are shipped.
Shipping fees are NOT refundable. Final sale items are NOT entitled for
exchange or return. NO REFUND or EXCHANGE after 30 days. RMA number MUST
be obtained for ALL exchanges/returns. We will examine the returned product before issuing credit or processing exchange.
1. Log in to your account and open the order that contains the items to be send back.
2. Select the item and request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number.
3. You will receive an email to confirm you can go ahead to send the item back. Please make sure you receive this confirmation email before sending items back to avoid errors.
4. Follow the instruction in the email to send back the item. Make sure you write "RMA# xxxx" on the OUTSIDE of the box when you send back the item. We recommend you use any service that has tracking so that you know for sure we will have the returned merchandise.
5. We will process exchange or return.
Please note: Based on your location and merchandise, we may offer a one time free shipment to you for the exchange. You will be responsible for shipping back to us UNLESS it was a shipping error from us.
